Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–7 business days
  • Regional/Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or external courier issues.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are a flat fee. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website when available.

Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
